Noish-pa is Vlad's paternal grandfather. He's an Easterner, and proud to be one. He refers to Dragaerans as faeries or elves. Noish-pa is to whom Vlad used to run to escape his father's pressure to be Dragaeran. Noish-pa encouraged Vlad to learn Eastern fencing and witchcraft, Noish-pa being an accomplished witch himself. He lives with his cat Ambrus in his small shop among the Easterners.
